Hi, if you use a Role editor plugin that will not work.
Our RepairBuddy WordPress plugin have following user roles and their abilities.
1. Administrator
They can do everything including settings of plugin and managing or editing any jobs, payments, taxes and everything.
2. Store Managers
They can see all the jobs, but cannot delete the jobs they can change the technicians on the jobs, and create new jobs and assign to technicians they can also see the payments and other stuff but some settings are hidden from them like dashboard.
3. Technicians
Technicians can only manage their own jobs they created or the jobs were assigned to them other jobs they cannot see. They can only work in job like adding a message, part, service or extra. They can also receive payments on jobs and can send feedback request as well. But some other parts like reports, payments, customers, technicians are hidden from them.
4. Customers
They have their own user panel in front end so they don't need to be on backend for anything. From front end they can check their job status, book devices, or download invoices for their past jobs and add messages to their ongoing jobs. They can also see estimates.
So do not use the role editor plugin, give a user role Store manager so they can have more rights than Technicians. Thanks
