We have following SMS gateways already working in plugin

• Releans
• Twilio
• Capitole Mobile
• SMSChef

First you need to check which gateway its pricing is suitable for you and is good to work with your local audience. Then go to their website and create an account. 

If you can select a gateway you want to use then i can give you detailed instructions for it

Please note that none of the SMS gateways you listed are the ones I use. I actually use SMSPortal for sending SMS.

Payments in our plugin process through WooCommerce so keep WooCommerce active and use these plugins to add these payment methods to process online payment link payments through them.
