Device vs Model?

We believe the term "Model" is the best descriptor for the data entered at the red arrows, so we’ve labeled it accordingly. However, we noticed that "Device Model" also appears in two other areas, indicated by the yellow arrows. We don’t think the term "Device Model" is appropriate for those two locations. Did we make an error somewhere or thats how the software is programmed to work? We prefer if thoses three boxes were Labeled as "Device Model" Device Serial No" and "Device Version. We think those labels will be easier for our customers to understand.

You can remove from "Device Serial No." 

Device so it will become Device Model Serial No. 

Same you can do with Device Vesion, So it become Device Model Version

That will make it reasonable thanks.
