At our shop, we collect and record a deposit or advance payment for every device brought in. It's important for us to display this deposit on the repair ticket, as customers often request it. Is it possible to include this deposit information on tickets in RepairBuddy?
I just created the attached ticket and recorded a $75 payment, but the deposit doesn’t appear on the ticket.
