Issue with Automatic SMS Sending via Releans Platform

We are experiencing an issue with the automatic sending of SMS through the platform connected to Releans. Below is the error message indicated in the plugin:

We are unable to determine whether the issue is related to your plugin or Releans itself. Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve the problem?

I think you need to check if every step of your Releans verification is complete or please reach to their support with message you are getting 

The message is saying Undefined property

So this can be a problem that your account or phone is not verified, if you want us to check please send your releans and WP logins.
