I still have some issues with the plugin:
Using the booking form, the user can enter a repair, an e-mail with "We have recieved your booking" is sent, but no booking is created in the back end. Clicking the link leads to a 404 and no Job is added to the Jobs list.
In the booking e-mail (ESTIMATE), currently all values of jobs is € 0,00 despite the value being configured in the back end.
Additionally,
In the next plugin update, could you consider changing the following?
- In the payment request e-mail to the customer, the subject line reads "Online Payment Link for You Job". The correct spelling is "Your" Job.
- The booking form has a bit unusual order of information: city, postal code...then company info... then address. Better would be address, city, postal code. Please add a field for "Country" after that, we have international clients. After that, company and tax id (as optional fields to be selected in back end?)
- Add an option to configure how the Case Number is formatted. I can now choose a prefix, but the trailing number is very long. My customers are requested to write it on the box they send to us, so having the option to use a prefix+ sequential case number of 4 digits would be great. I have no use for the timestamp.
