adding device note

to help me view quickly and identify the repair request,

how can I add "device note" at

/edit.php?post_type=rep_jobs?

To appear in jobs list? 

Then i am sorry to inform you this is not possible however i can suggest you some changes in plugin which you can make and get it work that way, but always you update plugin to new version these changes will be lost. 

would it be possible to add it in your list? 

because this would be convinient for store manager to instantly view a brief info

about the device noted in that text box if there is a long list to browse.

consider this as my wish list.
