Grouped services with device type, brands, devices they do not appear

Phone type -- SmartPhone

Brand -- Apple 

Device -- iPhone 14Pro max

But you are using shortcode for service as group but you have not defined groups for services, remember services have to lod under groups and groups or service types are important to create. 

Please create service types and assign them to services
