Hi your website is producing a Critial FATAL error while trying to fetch the service to add, if you have added any plugin recently please try deactivating it,
If you are not getting what to do , please share your web host logins or your FTP logins so we can turn on debug mode and check the problem. thanks.
As There has been a critical error is coming up because of ajax call you can check inspect element and go to network to track the submission to wp-ajax.php
