I want to translate the system into Hebrew but I can do it?

Hey thank you for translating, i think we can work together to translate plugin into Bebrew.

As this language is from RTL so you would need more support about this as well.

First of all what you can do is you can create your system's translation

Once you have translated, i would request you to send me the translation so i can further make changes into the plugin and make it best fit for your language.

Every time I write in Hebrew it becomes a question mark

Hey does this mean you do not allow your translation to be included in our plugin? 

Hey i just checked it out, and you need to change your Database table's collation. 

Please edit your table through phpmyadmin and change your collation to Hebrew.

If you don't know how to fix this then you have to either send me your Phpmyadmin or hosting logins or you can also do this.

1. Delete these tables from your database using PHPmyadmin

These are tables RepairBuddy plugin creates when it activates.

Once done, please update plugin to 3.65 and then deactivate and reactivate so plugin can re create these tables. 

NOTE: all your data would be lost related to RepairBuddy plugin. So be careful.

Database latin1_swedish_ci  created through WordPress function dbdelta doesn't support characters of Hebrew language. So this either needs to change to UTF8 or any other collation which supports Hebrew characters. This fix have been added to plugin's latest release.
