There is now more elegant way to do this
In jobs you can click on Print Label button
Click on this button
And this will print you a label to paste on customer's repaired device or part.
So this can work as a Seal also , which can be used for warranty and claims this includes important informaiton
Just print it and paste on customer's device.
If you want to change WordPress User's Auto Increment ID from default to something else. Then you have to do this through phpmyadmin.
If your installed WordPress db prefix is not wp_ then please change that in query to your prefix. like ml_users or anything.
ALTER TABLE `wp_users` AUTO_INCREMENT=3000
one more thing the plugin doesn't support mobile responsive. can you fix it. because the technician will do an easy entry from the phone.
Hey this system is not built to work on mobile devices specially the backend. WordPress backend is helpful to enter posts but not manage these type of heavy and wide data.
I don't think so we will be making it mobile responsive very soon cause it required a lot of things to do, but that is in our mind for future updates so let's see when

i will review the system on mobile browser and see if they are quick or 2 3 hours fixings i will get them done otherwise that would be taking sometime. However there is a new feature in front end to create a job, so you can use that from mobile.
okay, no problem take your time, kindly provide me the latest update because I tried to update from the WordPress dashboard but the plugin converts into an unlicensed version. and how to use create a job in the front end any shortcode or please explain it. I am unable to find the option.

Its done, and you can search customer ID here.
Then filter jobs for that customer.

WordPress user requires to have an Email ... That is neccessary to make a unique User. If your clients do not have email you cna use something [email protected] that's fake email but when you dont have you can do this.

Try always using first Name and Last name both, and when such cases happens, then you can use Client ID to know more details about that customer you can just go to Customers page.

I am sorry that you had to face this problem kindly take the new version of plugin.
1. Install it going to your wp-admin >> Plugins >> Add new and select from your local directory.
2. Say replace with uploaded version.
3. Now kindly deactivate plugin and re activate this is very important to do after update. For plugin to make capabilities.
