Logos not showing up

how do i get my logo to show here... i have already added the URL for my logo from my media files in wordpress, ive tried multiple images and still nothing?

My logo is meant to look like this but black and transparent.

Can you send me your WordPress admin logins i will check it for you!

Also please go to wp-admin >> Appearance >> Cusomize >> Site Identity and see if you can add logo there.

Hey Customization is completely depends on code editing in plugins. So you need to be expert in PHP, CSS, HTML and some jQuery javascript as well to play with WordPress plugin cutomizations
