Wrong version

I started with the free version and tested it, before buying the premium version. But i probably got the wrong version. There is no difference between my two version. For example is REPORT missing

If you want to know your premium version working, just click on Print on any job if it let you print full job then you have the premium version. Thanks. 

Also the email status, and some other features are part of premium version including the support we provide you thanks. 

I bought the premium version but i dont have it. Where can I download it?
