Issue with Shortcode

When using this shortcode [wcrb_booking_system hidetypes="YES" selectedtype="videojuego" show_popular="NO"], selected type seems to not work. It supposed to show me brands under that type. Or am I wrong?

You Need to use selectedtype ID Not the slug

Go to Types and then hover over the Edit button and you will see in address bar the TAG_ID which is the post type id you have to use

Ok I tried using the Device Type ID but the result is the same, it shows all brands, not the ones under that type

Can you send me your WordPress logins also please explain

Which type you are trying to keep selected

And which brand you think shouldn't appear in that case

So i can test it and see the problem thanks

Right now I'm on localhost, so I'm going to try my best to explain the issue I'm having:

I have configured device types, brands and devices in the system. However, when a customer clicks on a specific device type (for example, Cell Phones, Tablets, Computers, etc.), the next screen displays all available brands in the database instead of only the brands assigned to that selected device type.

Expected behavior:

• Customer selects "Cell Phones"
• Only phone brands (Apple, Samsung, Google, etc.) should be displayed.

Current behavior:

• Customer selects "Cell Phones"
• The system displays every brand from all device types, including brands that belong to other categories.

I went ahead and tested it for you 

- I selected a Device Type Console 

- Only brands loaded which have Consoles

Then i went ahead and set the selected type to Console

Only brands related to consoles loaded

Then i went a head and selected brand Sony and only Play STations loaded

I guess you have one or more devices which are selected to the type and brands multiple check them carefully which device is bringing the brand
