You need a higher level of permission.

I keep on getting this error whenever I try to add device brand, device type also I don't see some of devices that I have added on Devices Page.

Please deactivate and reactivate plugin once, so i can create the capabilities for user roles, this will fix the problem you are facing cause of recent updates.
