Database tables with prefix

Dear there,

is there anyway to add prefix to the tables since some tables have the same name and I can't change mine as it is already active project.

example: _users or lg_users

on all tables or atleast on users table

No sorry this script doesn't support the prefix in tables at the moment like if you are using in same database where you have already installed the WordPress then WordPress use prefix with its table names like users table become wp_users that's why we have not used any prefix, if you have other system with same table names its better to use a different database for both.
