Hello I just purchased this product for the login script. I am having trouble using it. I cannot seem to even register myself because I do not receive any activation e-mail once it is installed and configured on my server. I see that it makes it through to my database, but I don't have any e-mails going to my inbox/spam to allow me to activate the account. How can I troubleshoot this?
On top right click on your profile picture when you are logged in as admin. And then click on General Settings. In which you have to go to Email settings.
Make sure Email from and Reply to both emails are related to your domain name.
Example. [email protected] or [email protected]
Do not use Emails like [email protected] or [email protected] they usually go to spam folders.
I can't get to any menu to right click on. I'm stuck at the login screen. I can't even create a user account because I cannot receive the email to activate one. Is there something I need to do in the php script?
I think you didn't do the installation correctly.
Now please do following
1) Access your Database tables by PHPmyadmin
2) Drop all tables
Then run script again for fresh installation and after script create tables, there you will find form to fill to create your admin logins.
Thanks. You can also use Fresh database means you can create a new database link that to your login script.
Okay. I resinstalled. I do not see anywhere in the instructions what the admin username or password is. What do I use, or what do I do in order to to access the admin page for the first time?
