no installation routine

I've placed all files from the zip file on my Synology's webserver, inserted my db credentials but only get tables created screen when I open /install.php

User Meta Table created.
Message Meta Table created.
Messages Table created.
Subjects Table created.
Notes Table created.
Notes Table created.
Options Table created.
Users Table created.
Options Table created.
Website Labels Created.

Tried with several php versions and also apache2 and nginx but always same error.

Tables are created but empty, I've checked it with phpmyadmin.

Please download the latest version and then try to install the script again thanks. You would able to install PHP Login script without any problem. 

Downloaded and tried to install it. Now I see the installaton screen but when I enter all information and press continue, I get Field 'activation_key' doesn't have a default value error. Only 14 entries are saved in options table but not user information in the db.

Are you trying to install in LocalHost? I am not sure about your error this field is not present in installation or any other places.
