Unable to register the warranty.

Hi we have received a few campliant on unable to register the warranty. it show the meassageof Something is not rightER2.

I have check but nothing wrong on the input inform to the field, can you help?

Hey this is related to the security check, 

Can you please turn off the cache and try again? The cache have stored the older security token which should refresh every 24 hours, but sometime cache do not let it refresh, so clear cache or disable caching plugin and try again thanks. You can exclude the warranty page from your caching options.
