Yes we removed it,
If you add serial numbers , And they are being validated and registered after validation.
In those cases if you turn on this option, Then the validation completely cannot work cause every given serial number will register, and validation will not be possible.
Also it was a problem with SPAMS , when the registration number wasn't being verified the validation work was disabled and SPAM registrations were also coming in so we removed this feature.
