Failed to add specific product serial number

Hello WEBFUL CREATIONS Team,

I use PrRegistration. now I find that I am not able to log those product serial numbers with a long chain of digits, like 576987791599178388. How can I address these issues?

Hey this is the problem with your CSV , it's changing the numbers like this please use some simple CSV generator which do not make calculation and show up results as you see. Then you would not have problem it seems its calculating the totals of Given serial numbers.
