Tax amount not working well.

the Tax is set to 3%, however on the sale invoice it is showing 0.3639.

This is creating a lot of issues on the sales figures.

also can you restrict the tax to just 2 deciml places

3% of 12.13 is 0.3639 i don't see any problem on this.
