Installation is very easy just download the script and create your database , database user, and database password. Update everything in lib >> includes >> db_connect.php file. After updating please upload the script on your web server or to use in local web server try xampp. Then run the script and that’s it you are done.

You can add unlimited companies and there is no limit to add number of companies you want to manage. Each company can have its own manager which you can give them access by going to company access menu. Every company let you add its currency and other information which shows up in ledger head and other areas of script. Please remember you have to add separate accounts for each company and you cannot use accounts from one company in another.

5. Accounts

General ledger accounting let you add unlimited number of accounts and you have to select the type of an account when you are adding it. There are different types of accounts you can add like liability, expense, revenue, assets and equity.

Other part in accounts is account groups you can add account groups so you can see the ledger summary based on that account group.

6. Account Groups

Groups are used to device accounts in different groups for example if you are receiving dividends from various companies, you can just simply create dividend account and put all those companies accounts in that group. So later when you are trying to see summary of accounts only related to that group its easy for you.
