Why Use Grouped Service Booking?
Unlike standard booking forms, this version dynamically filters options based on the customer’s selections. Here's how it works:
Step 1: Select Device Type
Customers choose the type of device they want to repair—such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, game consoles, or appliances. This determines which brands and models are shown next.Step 2: Choose Brand and Device
Based on the selected device type, customers are only shown the relevant manufacturers/brands, and then the specific device models available under that selection.Step 3: Enter Device Details
Customers enter required device-specific information such as:IMEI or Serial Number
Device PIN or password
Device notes
Any custom fields (created via RepairBuddy’s Additional Fields settings)
Step 4: Add More Devices (Optional)
If a customer wants to submit multiple devices, they can easily add another device and repeat the steps above.
