Your plugin is almost useless for real business as it has many missing or wrong features:
1) Email customer - instead of sending message to customer it just straight away send invoice like email with the current status, unable to send any message.
This feature should instead send just custom message to customer so it can be used for communication between the technician and the customer.
2) There is a field order notes - this field is nowhere to be visible inside of email updates or on the front-end customer account. Why is this field there then?
3) Manual Log - there is even swtich to make it plublic or just for technician but why? there is no space where these custom logs are appearing - they are not in emails, they are not in customer account, why?
4) There is no payment system, why its not possible to create a product in woocommerce and link it with this repair job? The checkout and everythign would be there it just have to be linked. This way we can send invoice but there is no space where customer can pay.
5) Job Files - what is the purpose to upload files to the job if customer cannot see it? Neither the files cannot be sent by email so the question is why to upload files here?
6) Request Job - this is just one field enquiry box which is really not professional. Why there is not field like IMEI or PIN / Password? How would these info be send to the
technician by customer? Why there is no ability to add custom field to the enquiry form?
Please note that all these points are crucial to the business. The fact the technician is UNABLE TO COMMUNICATE with the customer via the website is really a joke.
If you are unable to add these feature can I apply for a refund please? Again this way this is UNUSABLE for the real repair business :-(
