Who can learn web development?
Well we can learn web development better if we are a computer science students but that help just 20% no more, i think but only who can learn the one who do practice and just practice so whatever you learn you have to code yourself, this does not matter if you are student of MBA, Arts or anything else you can learn web development and can become a good programmer only and only if you do practice.
So the main thing who can learn web development and who can become a web developer? The only who do practice sit and code. Just sit and code if you want to become a web developer.
